Eight weeks.
One finished film.
Learn to make films with AI the way our studio does: story first, every frame approved as a still, then motion, voice, edit and grade. You leave with a short film of your own.
A short film.
Yours.
Every week builds one part of it. By week eight you have a finished, graded short film with voice, sound and titles, made with the same tools and workflow we use for clients.
- 01A script and beat sheet
- 02A look book and world bible
- 03A stills sheet, approved
- 04A graded, scored short film
- 05A vertical cut for social
- 06Captions and AI labels
AI-madeFour rules that outlast
every new model.
AI tools change every month. The craft doesn’t. We teach the principles first, then the tools that serve them today.
Still before motion
Motion is slow and costly to change. A still takes minutes. So every shot is approved as a frame first.
One world, locked
Characters, places and the grade are fixed early, so shot thirty matches shot one.
You steer, AI finishes
Timing, framing and the camera stay your decisions. The model adds texture, light and detail.
Sound makes it real
Voice, ambience and hits on the cut turn generated clips into a scene.
Sixteen sessions,
script to premiere.
Two live sessions a week. Each week ends with one piece of your film done.
Week 01Story & scriptA locked script and a beat sheet
From idea to premise
Find a story that fits a few minutes of screen time. One character, one want, one thing in the way.
Script and beats
Write the script, cut it into beats and turn each beat into a first shot list.
A locked script and a beat sheet
Week 02Look developmentA look book and a one-page world bible
Build the world once
Places, era, props, light and colour, written down once so every shot can draw on it.
Style, camera, lens, grade
Why a lens changes distance and depth, not just colour. You choose your film’s four settings in the Look Builder.
A look book and a one-page world bible
Week 03Stills & consistent charactersA full stills sheet, reviewed by the studio
Every shot starts as a still
Light source, composition and depth. Why vague words give average pictures, and specific materials give yours.
Same face in every shot
Character and location sheets, reference images, and a clean-up pass so all frames look like one film.
A full stills sheet, reviewed by the studio
Week 04MotionEvery approved still, moving
From still to shot
Animate approved frames with one plain sentence about what moves. Chain the last frame of one shot into the next.
Camera, control and drift
Steer the move yourself, let the AI finish the surface. Spot drift in faces and hands, and fix one second instead of the whole shot.
Every approved still, moving
Week 05Voice, dialogue & soundA voice track and a full sound bed
Voices that act
Cast and direct voices in ElevenLabs. Read it flat first, then direct only the lines that sound wrong. Consent for any real voice.
Sound as sync points
Silence is what gives AI footage away. Ambience, Foley, hits on the cut, and music you are allowed to use.
A voice track and a full sound bed
Week 06Editing & coverageA picture-locked cut
Coverage
Wide, medium, close. Eyelines, screen direction and the 180-degree line, and how to generate the shots a scene is missing.
The cut
Rhythm and pacing that serve the story. J and L cuts, rough cut to fine cut in DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
A picture-locked cut
Week 07Colour, titles & motion graphicsA graded film with titles
One grade for the whole film
Match shots to each other, LUTs versus grading, and the grain and gentle frame drift that make stills read as film.
Titles that belong
Opening title, credits and lower thirds in HyperFrames, designed to sit inside your look.
A graded film with titles
Week 08Rights, delivery & premiereYour finished film, delivered and labelled
Rights and the EU AI Act
Who owns AI output, consent for faces and voices, music rights, platform rules, and how to label AI content.
Delivery and premiere
Masters, a vertical cut, captions and labels. Then we screen every student’s film together.
Your finished film, delivered and labelled
The studio’s own toolkit.
Stills, motion, voice, motion graphics, edit and grade. The same stack behind every film on this site.
No coding needed.
